These terms cover the Artboar editor, bundled templates, and optional hosted automation service.

Your artwork and exported images

You retain any rights you hold in the content you create or import. Artboar does not claim ownership of your artwork. You may use, share, and sell your exported designs for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the rights of others and the template permissions below. You are responsible for having permission to use imported images, text, logos, fonts, and other material.

Bundled templates and sample imagery

Artboar grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to use and modify its bundled templates to create personal or commercial designs. You may share and sell the resulting exported images without crediting Artboar. You may also deliver an edited project to a client as part of your design work.

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or offer the bundled editable templates or their sample assets as standalone downloads, stock assets, or a competing template library, including modified versions offered for that purpose. This restriction does not apply to content you create independently.

Sample names, events, people, and products are fictional. Template photographs are AI-generated examples, not real endorsements or guest appearances. Replace sample identities and imagery before representing a real person or business. Artboar does not promise that sample assets are unique or suitable for every use.

Fonts and other third-party material

Third-party material remains subject to its own license. The bundled Inter, Lora, and JetBrains Mono fonts use the SIL Open Font License; that license does not apply to artwork merely because it uses those fonts. See the OFL FAQ and the bundled notices for Inter, Lora, and JetBrains Mono.

No warranty; keep your own copies

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Artboar and its templates are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free exports, or recovery of lost work. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Browser recovery is not a backup or device-sync service. Hosted automation workspaces are temporary. Download editable project files, keep your own backups, and review exports before publishing.
